Feerick Medical Planning, formerly Certified Life Care Planning and Case Management Services, was established in 2005 as an independent rehabilitation group. A San Diego based company, we provide services throughout Southern California area, the United States and internationally if needed. We will work individually with the injured party to determine goals and treatment options that will best suit their lifestyle and needs. By taking a whole person approach to case management and rehabilitation planning, Ms. Feerick and her team formulate a care management plan designed to optimize treatment and maximize functional outcome.
